Slings are made of one layer of textile webbing of certain width. The corresponding technical standard for production and testing is EN 1492-1. Safety factor is 7:1 and means which multiple of its own weight the sling is able to bear to fulfill standards. Slings are made in standard 1 000 kgs - 10 000 kgs lifting capacities (WLL) and in standard lengths L= 1 m to 10 m. Non-standard lengths are possible on request. |
One-way flat straps are a different kind of infinite slings. These are not suitable for regular lifting. They have their main reference in logistic process - by loading, transporting and unloading of bundles of profiles, pipes, bars etc. when the sling is a part of delivery. They are manufactured according to European technical standard EN 1492-1 and DIN 6005. Safety factor is 5:1. Lifting capacity and the lengths are individual according to customer´s needs.

Colour of the slings and the number of black stripes shows the lifting capacity WLL. Lifting capacity of the sling is determined by its own width, from 30 to 300 mm. Material is polyester 100 % with high strenght qualities. Important data about lifting capacity, ways of binding and unique manufacturing data are displayed on a load tag which is a part of every product. In interest of better protection of slings against abrasions and cuts there is suitable to consider using the protective covers.
